Last year, MBC launched its MBC NOW box in Saudi Arabia and, more recently, surprised everyone with a Netflix bundle (I covered it in Is MBC Finally Bringing All Streaming Together in MENA?).

Now, beIN is stepping in with beIN Stream.

For years, beIN’s core business in MENA has been pay-TV via satellite. When TOD launched in 2022, I thought the group’s future in the region was going to be all about OTT.

And then, out of nowhere, they released a new streaming device.

I spent several days testing it, including setup, subscription, and content. I even watched my team, OM, beat PSG earlier this week on this new box ;)
