No, sports in not only about Premier League, NBA and Le Tour de France or major teams like the Golden State Warriors, Mumbai Indians or Olympique de Marseille. Middle East & North Africa is also home to many sports conferences, leagues, federations, clubs and teams.

AD Sports (Abu Dhabi Media)
Abu Dhabi Sports, the streaming service owned by Abu Dhabi Media, offers the following channels:

Those 3 channels are also available on the other streaming platform of Abu Dhabi Media: ADTV (adtv.ae).

Shahid
Shahid is the streaming service owned by the Saudi media conglomerate MBC Group. They launched last year a dedicated sports package called “VIP Sports” to gather all their local & international sports content.
This package includes the Roshn Saudi League in full HD (Yes the one with Ronaldo & Benzema), all sports from SSC channels and several international leagues and tournaments. Let’s focus today on the local sports content available on Shahid:
Football: Roshn Saudi League, The King's Cup, Riyadh Season Cup, Saudi Arabia Friendlies, Al Nasser Friendlies, Saudi School Tournaments, Saudi U-17 Premier League, King Salman Club Cup, Saudi Super Cub, Women's International Friendly Tournament, Saudi Reserve League, Yelo League, WAFF U-23.
Equestrian: League Final Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation, Saudi Arabian Showjumping Cup Al-Turaif Showjumping Championship, Riyadh International Showjumping Championship, Saudi Cup, Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Arabian Horse Festical, Ministry of Sport Cup, Riyadh Tours Show Jumping Events, Al Riyadh Review, KSA Horse Racing, Al Meydan, Saudi National Day Show Jumping.
Basketball: Saudi School Tournaments, Saudi Arabia Basketball League

Switchtv (Etisalat UAE)
Switchtv, the streaming service of Etisalat UAE, distributes an impressive number of sports channels under a single package called “SPORTS TV”. For AED 24,99 per month, you can watch the following sports channels:
Yas Sports, Abu Dhabi Sports Premium 1, FAST & FUN BOX, Abu Dhabi Sports Asia 1, Abu Dhabi Sports Premium 2, Wow, Dubai Sports 2, On Time Sports 2, CrIIIcLife 1, Combat Go, On Time Sports 1, CrIIIcLife 3, Fight BOX, CrIIIcLife 2, KSA Sports, STARZPLAY Sports, Watan, Dubai Racing, Golf Racing, Dubai Sports 1, KSA Sports 1, Dubai Racing 2, SSC 2, ESports 24/7, AD Fight, Abu Dhabi Sport Extra, Al Ahly TV, Abu Dhabi Sports Asia 2, KSA Sports 2.
Based on the channels above, the local sports would be a mix of Football, Equestrian, Fighting, Sailing, Shooting, Golf, Tennis, etc.
STARZPLAY
STARZPLAY offers six subscription packages focused on several sports properties:
STARZPLAY Sports: Serie A, Coppa Italia, Super Cup, GolfTV and Cricket. This package includes the streaming channels STARZPLAY Sports, Abu Dhabi Sports Premium 1, Abu Dhabi Sports Premium 2 and Yas Sports.
Cricket: this package includes the streaming channels CrIIIcLife 1, CrIIIcLife 2 and CrIIIcLife 3.
AD Sports: this package includes the streaming channels Abu Dhabi Sports 1, Abu Dhabi Sports 2, Abu Dhabi Sports Asia 1 and Abu Dhabi Sports Asia 2.
Rugby: this package includes the streaming channel Premier Sports
NBA League Pass
UFC Arabia
Local content available on STARZPLAY mainly comes from the Abu Dhabi Sports packages and includes most of the football leagues and tournaments I listed above for AD Sports: ADNOC Pro League, Egyptian Super Cup, Salman King Cup Final, AFC Cup, etc.
TOD (beIN Media Group)
TOD is the streaming service of the global sports and entertainment media group beIN Media. The platform was launched last year before the FIFA World Cup and offers 2 packages:
TOD Theatre, a subscription tier focused on Entertainment for $10 per month.
TOD Total, the “upgraded” version including sports content for $18$ per month.
Most of the sports content available on TOD comes from premium international leagues and tournaments such as UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Laliga, Bundesliga, NBA and more. But TOD also offers some sports properties from the MENA region:
Football: Qatar Stars League, U-23 Africa Cup of Nations, AFC U17 Asian Cup.
Motorsports: Dakar Rally, Extreme E.
Cycling: Saudi Tour, UAE Tour.
Rugby: World Rugby HSBC Sevens Series.
Awaan
Awaan is the streaming service of Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), the official media organization of the government of Dubai. Most of the live sports content on Awaan comes from 5 TV channels: Dubai Sports 1, Dubai Sports 2, Dubai Racing 1, Dubai Racing 2 and Dubai Racing 3.
Here are some tournaments available on those channels: UAE Pro league, Dubai Racing, Dubai World Cup Carnival, Dubai Tennis championships, DP World Tour Championship, Dubai Desert Triathlon, Arabian Gulf Cup, etc.
Original sports shows are also available from the On Demand section:
Equestrian: DWC Daybreak, Race Card, Last Furlong, AlKhuttah, Past The Post, Racing World.
Saudi Sports: Masaa Alreyadh.
Football: Almaleab, Sportista.
Falconry: Alsaqqara.
Camel races: Ahl Al Hajin.
Multisports: Dubai Sports Pulse, Al Rabea.
Smashi (Lovin Dubai - Augustus Media)
Smashi is a live streaming service from the heart of the Arab world, covering the most innovative products, services and technologies changing our lives.
As a pure local streaming service, Smashi distributes the tournaments from 3 sports in United Arab Emirates:
UAE Futsal
UAE Handball
UAE Volleyball
UAM
I’m closing this list with a streaming service that is following a direct-to-consumer approach: “UAM”, the corporation owned by the United Arab Muay Thai and Kick Boxing Federation.
UAM offers live streams of Muay Thai events, but also originals content: Talks with fighters, Muay Thai technics tutorials, etc. The federation also leverages its platform in order to sell branded fight-wear and lifestyle sports clothing and martial arts accessories for men and women.
