What’s new this year at DICM?
The Dubai International Content Market (DICM) is a key B2B event gathering content industry professionals. It's a hub for creating, distributing, and collaborating on diverse content like TV, film, and animation.
This year, DICM is not just a content market, but an immersive space for spotting trends, and building partnerships. It combines exhibitions, DICM Talks, Producers Connect, and a matchmaking platform.
As a media and entertainment industry hub, DICM can support the future of content in MENA, enabling international and regional players to display their work, sign deals, and open new collaboration opportunities.
Located in Dubai, a center of business and innovation, DICM will bring together again this year a varied crowd, from creators to investors.
I listed for you what’s new this year:
A new venue: DICM will take place into the elegant Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre this year. This isn't just a change in location, the new venue symbolizes DICM's commitment to providing an upgraded experience for all attendees.
DICM Talks is a news initiative this year, showcasing over 30 industry leaders and key figures in panel discussions. They will share their perspectives on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the dynamic content industry.
Producers connect is designed as a dedicated area for industry experts to discuss about co-production opportunities. This new initiative seeks to unite producers, streaming services, and investors in a single space where they can exchange ideas and present their projects.
Screening stations will be strategically located throughout the exhibition, enabling exhibitors to present their content to all attendees continuously during the event. Following the viewing, attendees will provide feedback to exhibitors through a brief survey.
